Use the latest paper ranges to create cards for any occasion

What you need...
  • Papers: 12” x 12” speciality paper pad, Poppyseed, K&Co.
    Stickers: flower, Grand Adhesions; border, Poppyseed
    Card: lavender, acid green, jade green, Bazzill
    Punches: oval petal; square, 2cm Ribbon, grosgrain, green
    Ink, chalk, brown
    Sewing machine
    Thread, green
    Gems
    Adhesives: double-side tape; 3-D foam pads; glue; tape runner
instructions
  1. Birthday - 1. Take a sheet of lavender card and make a rectangular blank for the base. Fix the leaves border sticker in the centre of the card to act as a stem for the flower shape.

    2. Using an oval punch, create six petals for the flower from patterned paper. Fold them in half and turn in each end, 3mm - 4mm. Punch two circles from patterned paper and stick the smaller one on top.

    3. Apply a layer of glue to the small folded end of each petal and stick to the underside of the circle to form a flower shape as shown here.

    4. Add a flower sticker to the centre of the circle. Print off ‘Birthday’ onto white card using a computer. Trim and add to one of the petals. Arrange the whole flower to the top of the ‘stem’ on the card and fix in place with 3-D foam pads.
