This cardmaking pack includes templates to create stunning box cards, here's how to do it: Draw around the template onto strong white card. Repeat this so you have two pieces. Score and cut along the lines leaving a longer piece on one of the cards. Fold together and glue the two pieces together using strong glue to create the box shape. Cut two pieces of white card measuring 10cm x 2.5cm. Score at 1.5cm and 8.5cm, fold and glue inside the box.
Best Wishes
Trim floral paper 9.5cm x 14cm, adhere a sentiment tab in the top-right corner then adhere to a purple rectangular card blank. Trim pink patterned paper 3x15cm then adhere down the centre. Attach a rectangular topper in the centre with foam pads. Adhere flowers on the left-hand side then attach a sentiment on top with foam pads. Attach circular toppers above and below the rectangular topper. Attach flowers to the top circle and a butterfly to the bottom circle with foam pads.
Someone Special
Trim patterned paper 10cm x 14.5cm, bend the top-right and bottom-left corners back then adhere to a pink rectangular card blank. Trim striped paper 9cm x 13.5cm then adhere on top. Trim floral paper 4cm x 15cm then adhere down the right-hand side. Attach a sentiment to the top of the floral paper with foam pads. Stick flowers in the bottom-right corner with foam pads. Adhere small flowers in the top-right and bottom-left corners then attach butterflies down the left-hand side with foam pads.
Love Pop-Up Card
Use the template provided to draw out a pop-up box from two double-sided papers. Score the score lines then attach double-sided tape to the flaps. Mountain fold both papers then adhere together to create a box. Trim down each score line from the top down to the central scoreline. Trim the sides and front panels down to 6cm then fold the side and front panels down leaving the back upright. Trim three pieces of paper 9cm x 2cm, score 1cm on each end then fold. Attach double-sided tape to each end then adhere each piece across the top of the box. Attach toppers to the back and side panels and a sentiment to the front panel with foam pads. Trim thin strips of acetate then adhere butterflies and flowers to the tops. Adhere the ends of the acetate across paper pieces across the top of the box.
Love Heart Aperture
Cut a piece of mint and cream paper to 10.5cm x 13.5cm. Die-cut a heart 8cm wide from the top. Wrap and tie a lilac ribbon around the bottom and Matt onto an 11cm x 14cm white blank. Die-cut a smaller heart from the leftover larger heart and fix it within the heart aperture with foam. Add a small foil ‘Love’ sentiment to the centre of the smaller heart.
Someone Special Pop-Up Card
Assemble the box using white card. Cut three pieces of sage coloured card and glue under the sides of the box. Trim three pieces of the mint stripe paper and glue them onto each of the box panels. Attach a long strip of striped paper to the back panel of the box. Attach patterned paper strips onto the strips in the middle of the box. Attach die-cuts and sentiments onto the front and back panel of the card. Attach acetate onto two die-cuts and glue it into the centre of the box. Add gems to finish.
Birthday Wishes Pop Up Box
Use the template provided to draw out a pop-up box from two double-sided papers. Score the score lines then attach double-sided tape to the flaps. Mountain fold both papers then adhere together to create a box. Trim down each score line from the top down to the central scoreline. Fold the side and front panels down leaving the back upright. Trim three pieces of paper 9x2cm, score 1cm on each end then fold. Attach double-sided tape to each end then adhere each piece across the top of the box. Attach rectangular toppers to all panels and a sentiment and butterfly to the front panel with foam pads. Trim thin strips of acetate then adhere butterflies, flowers and circular toppers to the tops. Adhere the ends of the acetate across paper pieces across the top of the box.
Love Tentfold Card
Trim striped paper 14.5cm x 10cm then adhere to a yellow rectangular card blank. Trim patterned paper 13.5x9cm then adhere on top. Trim striped paper 15cm x 2cm then position across the bottom. Trim a 1cm border of floral paper then stick on top. Attach a sentiment on the left-hand side with foam pads. Trim patterned paper 7cm x 10cm then adhere a rectangular topper on top. Attach flowers and a butterfly with foam pads then attach on the right-hand side. Finish with a butterfly above the sentiment.
Circle Aperture
Die-cut a 12.5cm circle of pink floral paper centrally onto a white 13.5cm square blank. Die-cut a 7.5cm circle in the centre only cutting through the front of the blank. Die-cut a 10cm circle of mint striped paper then cut a 7.5cm circle aperture centrally. Back this with a circle of the acetate large enough to cover the aperture. matt a circle topper into the centre of the acetate and fix to the blank, lining up the apertures. Finish with the ‘Birthday Wishes’ banner.
Best Wishes Pop-Up Card
Attach pink floral patterned onto the outside top panels of the box. Glue pink card underneath on the outsides of the box. Attach pink patterned card strips onto the inner pieces of the box. Glue a long strip of patterned paper onto the back panel. Add a small strip across the top and add a die-cut over the top. Attach die-cuts onto acetate strips and glue onto the middle strips of the box. Layer die-cuts on the front panel with foam pads.
Have A Great Time Card
Create a 9cm x 15cm white side-fold landscape blank and cover it with a slightly smaller piece of lilac striped paper. Trim a 7cm x 13.5cm piece of the lilac floral paper and snip a fishtail into the right side. Attach to the left side of the blank. die-cut a heart from lilac striped paper and matt a smaller heart cut from one of the lilac floral toppers and attach to the left of the banner. Finish with a purple flower spray tucked under the right of the heart along with the sentiment and a butterfly.
Scalloped Love Greeting
Trim an 8.5cm x 15.5cm piece of the mint floral bouquet paper. With the paper portrait, die-cut or hand-cut scallops along the bottom edge and attach to a white 9cm x 16cm blank. Trim a 2cm x 8.5cm of lilac striped paper and fix it to the bottom of the blank just above the scallops. Add the lilac ‘Love’ panel with foam and finish with a butterfly.
White Floral Wreath
Matt an 11.5cm square piece of mint striped paper onto a white 12cm square blank. Arrange the three large white floral toppers onto the blank so they form a partial wreath with an opening on the right. Add the sentiment so it sits within the opening.
Best Wishes
Cover the front of a 12.7cm x 17.8cm white blank with a slightly smaller piece of beige and pale pink word paper. Apply one of the solid pink papers centrally towards the top. Cut out the large cluster of pink roses and fix it to the blank with foam. Add a butterfly and the ‘Best Wishes’ panel.
With Love
Assemble the box card and add three inner pieces covering them with lilac stripe paper. Glue a long strip of lilac stripe paper onto the back panel. Attach three pieces of vintage patterned paper onto each of the box panels. Glue two lilac card pieces onto each side of the bottom undersides and glue a lilac piece on the front one. Add die-cuts onto acetate strips and glue onto the inner panels. Decorate the front and back of the box using die-cuts and foam pads.
Diagonal Floral
Cut an 11.5cm square of blue rose paper and cut diagonally from lower left to upper right. Matt the upper portion onto a white 12cm square blank. Add two different sized foil edged circle toppers to the lower right and apply the mint coloured ‘love’ panel to the centre with foam.
