Wax-sealed envelopes carrying royal or romantic messages may date back to the Middle Ages, but the technique is also perfect for modern-day cards, as Sara Naumann demonstrates! Best of all, you can dive into your own stamp stash for your seals – the point is to create texture in the wax, giving you a unique and dimensional accent. You may prefer to melt the wax on your craft mat and glue it onto the project when it cools, as it allows for easier composition.
