It’s amazing how a bit of sunshine can make all the difference to how we feel, while also offering fresh ideas for craft projects. Summer skies provided the inspiration for the light blue colouring of this project and warmer destinations were also behind the idea for the vintage pattern, which gives more than a nod to Greek tile designs. The paint work on the trug has been applied using a distressed technique, creating a shabby chic style that is fresh, cool and very contemporary. If you potter around the garden a lot and need somewhere to keep gloves, then this set would look great both indoors and out.
