The choice of designs for ribbons has really exploded in recent years and can provide the crafter and card maker with a new world to explore. Collage is also a perennial favourite for us and this project designed by Jenny Higham combines these two elements to create textured Christmas tree toppers. The technique uses simple loops of ribbon arranged in a layered style and adhered to a shaped card base. Think traditional with red, white and green, or try your own favourite colour combinations.
