What are the Creative Book Awards?

The Creative Book Awards were launched in 2021 to celebrate the best crafty and design books in the industry. We have 18 categories to choose from. We also have a panel of expert judges to decide who the winners are.

How do the awards work?

Step 1: These awards are FREE to enter. Should you then be shortlisted, there will be a charge to the publisher of £199 + VAT per entry shortlisted.

Step 2: Publishers enter their products HERE and then send two samples plus a PDF cover of each book entered to the following address as soon as possible on entering. Books will not be returned.

Step 3: Our in-house team of experts will shortlist the entries in each of the 18 categories down to just eight books in each from the set criteria.

Step 4: Shortlisted publishers will then be required to pay £199 + VAT per entry shortlisted (*as per the T&Cs on the entry form)

Step 5: We will then send your books to our expert judges around the UK in late December. Our judges will pick one overall winner and two highly commended books in each category.

Step 6: Winners will then be published online on the 17th of February 2025 and on our social media channels.
