Vase Card - 1 Using the template provided, transfer the design onto polka dot paper and cut out. Position this against the left edge of a portrait greeting, 10cm x 19cm. Trim two strips of blue paper, 1cm wide. Scallop along one edge on each piece and arrange on the vase, using the image as a guide. Place a thinner piece between these two.
2 Cut a bouquet of flowers from a decoupage sheet. Stick this to the card base at the top of the vase outline. Trim away the surrounding area to create a shaped greeting. Ensure that you leave the left side of the motif intact so that the card will stand unaided.
3 Build up the decoupage design by cutting out the remainder of the sheet. Layer up the design, selecting a smaller motif each time. Tie a pink satin bow around the neck of the vase. Add a small white card tag with the desired sentiment applied using rub-on lettering. -
Get Well Card - 1 Create a landscape base card, 10cm x 15cm. Decorate this with a sheet of polka dot paper. Add a strip of paper with a scalloped edged to the bottom, 4.5cm wide. Secure a length of pink grosgrain ribbon just below the decorative line.
2 Cut a bouquet of flowers from a decoupage sheet using sharp craft scissors. Repeat this process with the rest of the designs, selecting a smaller one each time. Use tweezers to layer the pieces in place, securing each one with a 3-D foam pad as you go.
3 Add a 'Get Well Soon x' rub-on greeting onto a white card tag. Position this at an angle next to the bouquet. Complete the greeting by adhering three crystal flower gems along the ribbon. -
Love Tag - 1 Create a base tag from white card, 6cm x 8cm. Attach a layer of blue paper to the front. Within the centre of this panel, add a piece of polka dot paper, 4cm x 6cm.
2 Add a scalloped edge along one side and punch a hole through the top left corner, then thread with pink satin ribbon, as shown.
3 Carefully cut out a small area of the bouquet and attach to the tag, using the picture as a guide. Repeat this process, selecting smaller pieces as you go. Layer these onto the front and attach with 3-D foam pads. Add the greeting using rub-on lettering to finish.
