What you need...

instructions

1. shaker card - 1 Cut a 6.5cm x 8cm aperture from the centre of a blue blank. Stick a reindeer die-cut inside a bag from the kit's packaging and add sequin Christmas trees too. Seal the bag and stick behind the aperture. Create a frame from white card and print a star randomly across in clear ink. Emboss with clear glitter powder.
   
   2 Stick to the front with foam pads and add a die-cut border to the top. Tie pink checked ribbon through both ends of a ‘Merry Christmas’ die-cut and stick to the frame with 3-D foam. Add two dove motifs also with foam pads. To complete, fix a white corrugated square to the inside back.
   

2. step card - 1 Take a blue blank and score a horizontal line midway across the width of the back panel, fold into position crease again halfway across the front. Trim off the bottom half of the front and score a further horizontal line across the centre of the remaining section. Assemble into position to create a step card.
   
   2 Stamp the star design along the front section and clear emboss. Stick ‘Noel’ chipboard letters to the front panel using foam pads. Tie blue ribbon to the letter ‘O’then add patterned paper to excess card and affix to the larger panel at the back to complete.
   

3. waterfall card - 1 Trim bird patterned paper slightly smaller than the front of a red blank and stick to the centre. Stamp three holly leaves onto white card and silver emboss. Add colour using sparkly paints and put to one side.
   
   2 Snip three 4.5cm pink squares and ink the edges. Cut a 4cm x 20cm strip of matching card and score a horizontal line 2cm up from one end. Make two further horizontal lines at 2cm intervals from the first one. Fold the creases and stick a shape to each section, securing along the top of the square only. Fix holly and a red disc to each panel.
   
   3 Trim a 2cm x 9.5cm rectangle from pink card and ink the edges. Pull spotted ribbon through each end of a ‘Merry Christmas’ sentiment and attach to the panel, securing the ribbon ends at the back. Ink the edges of the waterfall strip and fix to the bottom of the last square flush with the top of the text panel.
   
   4 Attach the mechanism to the card by sticking only the outer edges of the ‘Merry Christmas’ piece, 4.5cm up from the base. Bend the remainder of the waterfall strip back behind the text panel so it pokes out at the bottom then punch a small hole in the centre and thread with spotted ribbon.
   

4. stamped greeting - 1 Trim a green blank to 11.5cm square and snip a diagonal section from the front using scallop-edged scissors. Stick dark green corrugated card to the inside back using double-sided tape. Stamp ‘Merry Christmas’ onto pink card and silver emboss. Round the corners on the right and adhere to the bottom.
   
   2 Punch a small hole in the right edge of the stamped section and tie pink checked ribbon through. Stick a large chipboard reindeer to the front of the card using foam pads. Finally, glue two silver snowflakes, as shown, to complete.
   

5. stamped wreath - 1 Cut a red blank to 11.5cm square and create a 7cm diameter circular aperture in the centre. Stamp several holly leaves onto white card using green ink and cut out. Add colour using two shades of green, gently blotting the pads onto the shapes.
   
   2 Fix the finished leaves around the window, allowing them to overlap. Add red dots to create berries and tie silver thread to a ‘Peace’ die-cut and attach to the bottom right using foam pads. To finish, stick flocked paper to the inside back.
   
   

   shrink plastic motifs

   
   1 Snip a white blank to 7cm x 16cm and stick checked paper to the front. Add a 6cm x 15cm panel of white to the centre. Cut a triangle 12cm tall from green and add colour using a co-ordinating inkpad. Create a pot shape from red corrugated card and stick both these elements to the front with doublesided tape.
   
   2 Stamp the star onto frosted and pink shrink plastic using red ink, cut out and shrink using a heat gun. Glue stars to the tree, and add flat-backed pearls to the remaining areas. To finish, stick a ‘Noel’ die-cut to the pot and add a holly motif.
   
   

   bird aperture

   
   1 Snip a pink blank to 11.5cm square and trim a 4cm x 6.5cm rectangle window towards the top. Stick patterned paper behind the aperture using foam pads. Add a large bird chipboard over the opening with 3-D foam.
   
   2 Stamp 'Merry Christmas' onto pink card using red ink and clear emboss. Trim and mount onto a green border then stick to the bottom of the card. To finish, glue a red heart button above the stamped text.
