What you need...

• Beads, Creative Beadcraft: assorted
  Connectors, Creative Beadcraft: Rhombus silver connectors (MEC26), metal flower connectors (MEC27)
  Pliers, flat-nosed, round-nosed
  Wire Cutters
  Wire, tiger tail
  Headpins, 2” silver
  Eyepins, 2” silver
  Jumprings, 7mm
  Crimp beads

instructions

1. Heart Earrings - 1 Cut the flat end off of a 2” silver headpin. With the round-nosed pliers, bend the wire at a point 1.5cm from one end to form a right-angle. Holding the end of the wire between the tips of a pair of round-nosed pliers, turn your wrist to create a circular loop, but leave a small gap.
   
   2 Hook a silver heart onto the loop and close up the gap with the round-nosed pliers. You now have a long headpin with a heart dangling on the end. Add a seed bead, a flower spacer (MEB14), an 8mm frosted glass bead then another flower spacer and a final seed bead.
   
   3 With the round-nosed pliers, bend the pin above the last seed bead to form a right-angle and trim to 1cm with the wire cutters. Form a loop in the wire as before, then hook a round metal flower connector (MEC27) through the gap and carefully close up the loop with the pliers.
   
   3 To join the top of the connector to the earwire, carefully open up the loop at the bottom of an earwire using round-nosed pliers. Thread the top part of the flower connector through the gap and close up the gap with the pliers.
   

2. rhombus earrings - 1 Add a seed bead, a flower spacer (MEB14), a 12mm transparent glass bead, another flower spacer and another seed bead to a 2” silver headpin. With the round-nosed pliers, bend the wire above the last seed bead to form a right-angle and trim to 1cm with the wire cutters.
   
   2 Create a loop as before and add a silver rhombus connector (MEC26), then close up the gap with the round-nosed pliers. Follow step three above to join the connector to the earwire. CB
