instructions
  1. Butterfly Card - 1 Using the template found on the pattern pages, trace each component as before. Transfer the butterfly wings onto pink card, along with the peony flower motifs. Carefully transfer the stems onto the green, and the centres of the blooms onto cream. Neatly cut out each design using a sharp craft knife.

2 Decorate the motifs using watercolours or acrylics and outline with a contrasting shade to provide definition, as before.

3 Take a purple square blank and curve the outer corners, edge the greeting with blue paint using a fine brush. Trace the clouds onto the front and fill in with white paint, then gently outline each of them in red.

4 Position all the cut-outs following the template and attach using 3-D foam pads. To finish, punch a hole in the top left-hand corner of the card and thread a length of pink ribbon through, knotting at the top.
