Make a folded birthday card with the help of Jenny Pearce

What you need...

• Glue
  Craft knife
  Cutting mat
  

instructions

1. 1 - Cover the front of a green card with patterned paper. Fold the top opening corner back on itself to touch the spine of the card. Crease the corner back on itself again so it reaches the newly-created fold. Fix into place with foam pads, adding a button on the corner and rows of gold pearls as shown.

2. 2 - Fold the back corner of the card forward on itself to touch the previously folded corner. Cover this triangle with pink card and add a die-cut Fleur-de-lis motif.

3. 3 - Mount the 'It's so your day' chipboard sentiment onto spare pink card with foam pads and stick across the bottom of the front of the card.
