instructions
  1. Tall Card - 1 Cut and score coloured card 20cm x 21cm to make a tall blank. Lightly pencil a line down the centre and across the middle front. Place the base of the Scalloped Square Punch onto a gridded cutting mat, lining up the centre marks with the bold crossed lines on the mat. Carefully place the opened blank over the base and align the pencil marks with the grid. This ensures the punch will cut dead centre on your card. Hold one side of the card firmly against the base without moving either.
2 Take the punch top and allow the two magnets on the opposite side of the base to connect with those on the top before pushing the other side of the punch top down and removing your fingers. The card is now securely sandwiched between the two parts of the punch, and the top can be depressed to cut the scalloped square from the blank. Punch two more squares from the card in the same way, at equal distances from the centre square, then refold the card.
3 Cut a narrow frame from patterned paper to fit the outer dimensions of the card and glue in place. Choose another patterned paper and a co-ordinating plain one, then use the Scalloped Square Punch to cut three shapes from both of these. Glue the corners of the patterned squares over the apertures cut in the blank.
4 Take the three plain squares and carefully place each one centrally over the base of the flower punch. Position the top of the punch onto the base by rocking it on as before and cut the flower from the centre of the scalloped square to make a decorative frame. Glue these frames over the patterned squares. Add the finishing touch with peel-off butterflies backed onto leftover backing card and trimmed to the outline of the sticker.

  2. Landscape Card - 1 Cut and fold a piece of bright pink card 15cm x 18cm to make a landscape blank and glue a smaller panel of patterned paper to the centre. Use the Scalloped Square Punch to cut three shapes from golden yellow card. Matt each onto red card and trim to leave a 1mm border all round.
2 Use 3-D foam pads to mount the squares across the centre of the card. Cut three flower shapes from orange card and glue to the centre of each scalloped shape. Add peel-off butterfly motifs backed with pink paper to the centres of the flowers.

  3. Square Card - 1 Make a 13cm square blank form golden yellow card. Cut a 12cm square from bright pink patterned paper and randomly cut three shapes from this using the Flower Punch. Fix the punched panel to the centre of the blank with 3-D foam pads.
2 Cut three more flowers from spare golden yellow card and arrange these on the patterned paper with 3-D foam pads. Take the leftover patterned paper cut-out shapes and cut towards the centre of the bloom to make individual petals. Curl each petal over your scissors and glue to the plain golden yellow flowers.
3 Add embellishment with pink gems in the centre of each flower. Mount two butterfly peel-offs onto spare golden yellow card and trim to the outline of the sticker. Bend up the wings slightly and attach to the card.
