Upcycle a loved but worn jumper into a cuddly soft toy

Our designer, Jane Kharade has turned her wash-day mishaps around and created this charming little gingerbread man from a felted wool sweater! The cream coloured material was dyed a lovely biscuit colour, embellished with ricrac, buttons, then given a smart, felt blue waistcoat. As this cheeky chappy is embellished with buttons, he is not suitable for small children and should be used for decoration only. If you wish to make him for a baby, ensure that the stuffing is suitable and replace the buttons with embroidery.
