Our advice is: if in doubt, replace with thread - simply sew little round circles or flowers instead of any easily-swallowed embellishments. Helen’s project is also a great one for newbie stitchers as her designs are small-scale and super easy to follow. Once you’ve got your confidence up, why not adjust the dimensions and work up the cute leaping bunny as a wall hanging? You could even sew the little tot’s name and birthday underneath the rabbit for a personal touch.
